Welcome to my blog! My name is Mara and I’ve been pagan for a little over 17 years! I’ve run the gamut of the pagan community, from coven to solitary to community to something in between. As a child I was raised in a house, a tepee, and a boat. I’ve lived in a hundred year old cottage in the woods, and apartments in the suburbs. Magic can be found in any location you can imagine, even in a concrete jungle! I love knitting, gardening, writing, composing songs, cooking, and learning anything and everything! I have a cat that thinks its a dog, is as large as one, and who loves nothing more than having his belly scratched.
I’m an eclectic pagan that loves traveling and helping, so hopefully this blog will help those who need it!
As a pagan I work mainly in Celtic fields (given my grandparents were from Ireland), taking much of my learning from Celtic knowledge, though I also like working with Greek and Welsh pantheons as well. And while I love learning about all sorts of religions and work with all sorts of magic and higher beings, its the Irish pantheons that always call me back.
If you have any questions, concerns, or comments you don’t want to make public feel free to e-mail me!
